We aim to triple managers of color across the education sector so that every child sees mirrors in their leaders.
To get there, we train education managers to make every school and education nonprofit organization more diverse and inclusive. Our support is rooted in three principles: concrete skill development, race, equity, and inclusion, and design thinking. We offer workshops, coaching, and a fellowship that promote inclusive management and accelerate a more diverse leadership pipeline across education ecosystems.
