KIMBERLY DÍAZ | CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Kimberly brings nearly a decade of nonprofit management and teaching experience at Teach For America. She has a BA in Psychology and Economics from the University of Virginia, and an MAT from American University. Currently, Kimberly is pursuing her MBA as a Forte Fellow and Consortium Scholar at UVA Darden School of Business. She is a Tiny Fellow at 4.0 Schools. In addition to her work at oneTILT, Kimberly has coached and consulted with EdFuel and Teach For America. She loves SoulCycle, the Yankees, and all things Celia Cruz.
ANDREW DAUB | CO-FOUNDER & COO
Andrew brings nearly a decade of nonprofit management and teaching experience at Teach For America. He has a BA in English from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, and an MEd from George Mason University. He is a Tiny Fellow at 4.0 Schools and REALITY Leadership Fellow at the Schusterman Foundation. In addition to his work at oneTILT, Andrew has coached and consulted with EdFuel, 2Revolutions, and WorkMonger. He also serves on the board of One Common Unity. He loves tennis, screenwriting, and all things Patagonia.
GEORGE HARDY | CONSULTANT
George Hardy is a native Detroiter, and a proud product of the Detroit Public Schools District. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and was a Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies major. At Penn, George was the co-founder of Motorcity Urban Summer Enrichment (MUSE), an academic youth development program promoting college access in Detroit. After graduation, he served as a Teach For America corps member, teaching high school algebra. George then returned to Philadelphia, where he was a Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at TFA- Greater Philadelphia. Currently, he is a rising second-year student at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
CATHERINE ARANDA | CONSULTANT
Catherine brings close to 10 years of program and development leadership in the Silicon Valley nonprofit sector and as a 4-time student fellow at the Haas Center for Public Service. She has a BA in International Relations and English from Stanford University, and an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business. Most recently, Catherine served as the Student Liaison for The Consortium at Darden, a Forte Fellow, and was recognized as one of Poets & Quants 2018 Best and Brightest MBAs. She loves Orangetheory Fitness, performing (violin and vocalist), and all things Design Thinking.
ALISHA MURDOCK | FACILITATOR
Alisha graduated from The George Washington University in 2013. Upon graduation, she pursued her passion for equity as a Teach For America corps member in Eastern North Carolina. In 2015, she cofounded #SaySomething, a nonprofit organization geared towards the empowerment of young women of color in rural communities. Bolstered by that experience and a continued fervor for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Alisha joined the oneTILT family in 2017 as a facilitator. She continues to serve the education community as a Director of Operations for the Cesar Chavez Public Charter School Network.
JESSICA KIRSCH | OPERATIONS CONSULTANT
Jess is a native Floridian now proudly calling the Washington, DC area home. 10 years ago, she graduated from The University of Florida and began her career in education and non-profit working to support top executives at Teach For America in the DC region and nationally. Jess also has experience working with DC Prep charter network focusing on creating operational systems and managing compliance efforts. In addition to her strategy, operations, and executive support experience, Jess has honed her talent management skills through a broad set of human resources responsibilities.
