TILTFORWARD FELLOWSHIP

In this 10-month learning experience, a cohort of managers will learn how to create more diverse and inclusive schools and educational organizations.


AS A FELLOW, YOU WILL:

  • Build a diverse community with other education leaders

  • Grow your skills as a people manager

  • Design an equity project you can implement in your organization to better attract, grow, retain, and promote talent of color

  • Expand your individual leadership and impact!


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:

  • A manager in a school or education nonprofit. Our fellows will come from a variety of roles and organizations, including but not limited to: principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, operations managers, executive directors, functional team leaders, and other nonprofit managers.

  • We define management broadly. Ideally, fellows lead others or a team, but fellows might be in a role where they coach, develop, influence many others on their team, even if they don’t formally supervise them

  • You have 1-5 years of management experience.

  • You’re based in the DMV!
