LONG-TERM ENGAGEMENTS

Partner with us to take your team or organization to the next level and truly transform the way you do work. Sustaining real change takes time, energy, and care. We see learning as continuous and iterative. As such, we offer longer-term coaching, equity audits, workshops and learning experiences to current and emerging managers. We help managers apply theory into action, and to provide specific support around all aspects of inclusive management.

We all have unique needs; get the 1:1 support you deserve. We also offer personalized coaching to help ensure you're translating your learning into sustained action. You can work with a coach in-person or virtually and cover everything from consulting on strategic planning to joining a check-in with your direct report or team, we tailor our executive coaching to help you strengthen your practice and center your leadership around racial diversity, equity, and inclusion.
